Requirements

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience in IT, Java, React , Next JS, AWS, and Oracle to lead development while actively contributing to coding and design. The role involves driving architecture, building scalable applications, and managing a team of developers in an agile environment. You will lead by example-owning key technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality, performant solutions., * 12+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

Strong proficiency in Java, React and Next JS
Understanding and experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS DevOps tools.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, New Relic).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
