LOVES a referral Job Description: We're looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the executive-visible initiative-a fast-paced transformation of the Service Delivery Platform (SDP), which includes a suite of systems and middleware code. The goal is to reduce vendor reliance, accelerate delivery, simplify business processes, and lower operational overhead through automation and streamlined regression cycles. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of guiding a team of a few offshore project managers, absorbing complex information quickly, and responding to executive stakeholders with clarity and speed in a high-pressure environment. This person will lead a team of 5 project managers and will need to understand effective executive communication.
