Provide L2/L3 support for PTC Codebeamer ALM across production and non production environments Handle incident, problem, and change requests related to Codebeamer Perform root cause analysis and resolution for: Performance issues Configuration errors Workflow and permission issues Coordinate with PTC Support for product defects, hotfixes, and enhancements Configuration & Administration Integrations & Toolchain Support Monitoring, Reporting & SLA Management Strong hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer ALM
Requirements
Test management Defect tracking Traceability Experience with:
Jira administration Git / GitHub Artifactory Working knowledge of Linux / Windows server environments
