Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint (5-7 years).

What's the Job?

  • Manage and triage severity 1 incidents for Microsoft's top-tier customers

  • Review long-running cases to determine next steps and actively manage critical customer situations

  • Coordinate communication and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Provide timely updates and ensure high-quality customer support during critical issues

  • Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future incidents

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the Critical Situation Management Delivery team supporting high-priority customer escalations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, proactive communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization., + Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint (5-7 years)

  • Strong customer service background, especially in enterprise or high-severity support environments

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate reliably within a defined shift schedule

  • Experience working with Microsoft products and terminology

  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
