Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and drive operational improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that enhance our platform and support our mission of delivering exceptional service., * BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs across multiple teams.
- Technical knowledge of Okta migrations and modern software development practices.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks.
- Experience in creating data-driven narratives for executive-level communication.
