Responsible for protocol inter-networking and architecture of our cloud computing platform. Configure and troubleshoot network traffic engineering using BGP/OSPF and large-scale network operations and maintenance procedures. Analyze networks and troubleshoot network bugs to successfully mitigate large scale issues. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, as well as upgrade software on routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers on a large-scale network. Conceptualize large scalable network solutions, write applicable acceptance and design documentation while implementing on a reduced time scale. Mentor junior engineers.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) experience with IP networking fundamentals and application of IP protocols; 2) experience scripting with Python or Perl; 3) experience with major internet routing protocols BGP and OSPF; 4) experience with network analysis fundamentals and troubleshooting; and 5) experience designing network and datacenter installations utilizing L2 and L3 protocols.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $136,000/year to $184,000/year.
