What Makes You a Fit * Deep expertise in workflow design, process transformation, and operating model architecture-you've redesigned how work gets done, not just documented it. * A track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations-managing dependencies, breaking logjams, and shipping results. * Exceptional communication and influence skills-you can sell a new way of working to skeptics and energize teams around bold

change. * Hands-on fluency with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models-and the judgment to know when to flex the framework. * Proficiency with modern workflow and collaboration tooling (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams) and a hunger to push beyond them. * Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical experience applying generative AI and prompt engineering to real business workflows. * Technical literacy (HTML, scripting, or low-code platforms) sufficient to prototype and validate automation ideas-you don't just spec it, you prove it. * You thrive in ambiguity, move fast when others are paralyzed, and bring contagious energy to high-stakes transformation work. Education Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent practical experience). Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $130,000 - $150,000.
