Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Senior Level Consultant to support a U.S. Government client in delivering expert-level SAP ERP consulting, implementation, optimization, and operational support. This role requires a highly skilled SAP professional with deep functional and/or technical expertise, proven success delivering complex ERP initiatives, and the ability to operate independently with minimal Government oversight. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, hands-on SAP support, and mission-focused solutions that align with federal operational objectives. This position is critical to ensuring successful SAP ERP performance, process efficiency, and compliance in a government environment., * Provide senior-level SAP ERP consulting services across implementation, enhancement, optimization, and support activities

Analyze client business processes and translate mission requirements into SAP solutions
Configure, support, and optimize SAP ERP modules based on project needs
Lead or support SAP system integration, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements
Develop functional/technical documentation, recommendations, and deliverables
Collaborate with Government stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
Support data integrity, reporting, compliance, and process standardization
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Provide strategic recommendations requiring little to no Government intervention

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Senior-level SAP ERP consulting experience (typically 8+ years preferred)
Demonstrated expertise in one or more SAP ERP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HR/HCM, PP, WM, BASIS, or related)
Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or support projects
Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, business processes, and enterprise systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently in complex environments
Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
