Human Interface Designer

Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

2 years of experience with each of the following skills:

Conducting quality assurance (QA) processes for content, identifying and documenting bugs as necessary, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive problem resolution.

Informing product decisions on customer goals, analyzing customer feedback, building data pipelines and dashboards, and synthesizing insights.

Developing interfaces by monitoring direct customer feedback, A/B testing, and building data pipelines and analytics dashboards for experiments.

Creating prototypes through code to communicate design concepts and interactions.

Using code HTML, CSS or JavaScript to build high-fidelity designs.

Using software development patterns and understanding of software architecture to assess technical feasibility during the design process.

Designing color, keyboard, and screen reader accessibility as per Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Documenting production specifications/redlines, and experience communicating interaction, visual elements, patterns, and motion details to engineering.

The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 - $272,100/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
