Requirements
- Experienced designing sophisticated MEMS structures, focusing on performance, reliability and manufacturability.
- Strong layout experience.
- Proven experience with the full product lifecycle, from concept through to mass production.
- Experienced designing and fabricating devices with nano-scale features.
- Proficiency with 3D-CAD software.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and reliable designs for high-volume manufacturing.
- Any experience with optical MEMS structures would be highly advantageous.
