  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance to ensure robustness and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, product, and business teams to translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering and pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with DBT, including models, macros, tests, and snapshots
  • Solid knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse solutions
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable data warehouses and data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts such as star and snowflake schemas
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, remote, and fast-paced environments with strong communication skills

Benefits & conditions

  • Fully remote full-time opportunity with global flexibility
  • 27 paid working days off per year with full compensation
  • 10 paid sick days per year with partial compensation
  • Provision or reimbursement of technical equipment (laptop, peripherals, etc.)
  • Access to professional and personal development courses upon request (Coursera)
  • 1-to-1 language learning sessions available via Preply
  • Referral bonus program up to 5,000 EUR
  • After 3 months: home office setup budget up to 1,000 EUR (renewable every 3 years)
