BI Analyst
This role is open on a medior (scale 8) and more senior position scale 9). We will determine during the interviews which salary scales best matches your skills and experience.
Create reliable and actionable management information used by stakeholders across multiple domains, supporting decision-making through dashboards and reports for hundreds of users.
Analyse business information needs and translate them into clear, reliable dashboards and reports. As a BI Analyst you work end to end: from stakeholder conversations to delivering well-governed Power BI solutions. You collaborate closely with data engineers and stakeholders, ensuring insights support operational, tactical and strategic decisions.

Designing dashboards that clearly distinguish operational, tactical and management information.

Translating business questions into concrete reports, KPIs and data models.

Working with engineers on data imports, APIs and attribute extensions.

Defining and documenting more than 10 KPIs and metrics for reporting and decision-making.

Define and document KPIs, metrics and information models that support assessments, incidents and processing activities across the organisation.

Configure and maintain Power BI dashboards, filters and reports that provide role-based access to actionable insights.

Monitor data quality by defining completeness, consistency and correctness standards and aligning improvements with stakeholders.
You translate complex information needs into clear reporting solutions, balancing stakeholder expectations, data quality and governance. You focus on practical impact and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor level thinking with at least 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or reporting role.
- At least 3 years of experience designing dashboards and management information systems.
- Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX coding, for reporting and dashboarding.
It's a plus when you bring:
- Experience with OneTrust or comparable GRC platforms.
- Familiarity with privacy, AI governance, or compliance domains.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and reporting concepts.
