• Manage and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives across multiple teams and domains
• Create and oversee end-to-end IT implementation plans ensuring timely delivery
• Identify, track, and manage dependencies across squads, tribes, and global teams
• Coordinate development activities and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices
• Work closely with developers, system administrators, business stakeholders, and management
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and remove delivery impediments
• Ensure proper coordination of testing activities and end-to-end execution
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

• 8-10 years of experience in IT project management and coordination
• Strong experience working on banking or financial services projects
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional IT initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
• Experience in stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines effectively
