IT Infrastructure and Project Engineer

• Manage and maintain end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
• Own site IT delivery, including office setups, moves, and changes
• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including phone system migrations (VoIP, Teams, etc.), Microsoft 365 implementations and enhancements, and backup solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365 backup onboarding)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Support and improve device provisioning (e.g. Autopilot, imaging)
• Work with vendors and third parties on implementations
• Ensure security best practices across endpoints and systems
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and changes

• Proven ability to deliver IT projects end-to-end

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
