Our Technology Operations & Program Management teams play a critical role in enabling predictable delivery, strong governance, financial discipline, and operational excellence across multi-year, multi-geo portfolios. We operate at scale, partnering with senior client stakeholders, delivery leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem. You Are: A senior, results-driven Technical Program Manager with deep experience operating in Microsoft-centric enterprise environments. You bring strong program leadership, operational governance, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to run large, complex initiatives across multiple teams and geographies. You are comfortable working directly with Microsoft stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and client leadership. You balance technical understanding with business judgment, communicate crisply at an executive level, and are trusted to operate with minimal oversight in fast-moving, high-visibility environments. The Work: Lead end-to-end technical and operational program management for large-scale initiatives within a Microsoft (MSFT) ecosystem, including Azure, cloud, platform, and enterprise technology programs Own program planning, governance, execution tracking, and delivery reporting, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed Partner closely with Microsoft stakeholders, Accenture delivery leads, and client leadership to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes Drive operational rigor across financial management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting Translate complex technical and delivery topics into clear, executive-ready communication for senior leadership forums Identify delivery risks early and proactively drive mitigation and course correction Support account-level initiatives, including operational improvements, scaling delivery models, and process optimization Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping, and transition planning for Microsoft-aligned programs when required Mentor and guide junior TPMs and program leads, setting best practices for delivery discipline and stakeholder engagement Travel may be required for this role. Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology Operations, or Delivery Governance Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience working on Microsoft (MSFT) programs or accounts - this is a mandatory requirement Experience collaborating with Microsoft product teams, engineering groups, or Microsoft-aligned enterprise clients Familiarity with Microsoft delivery expectations, engagement models, and stakeholder dynamics Minimum of 5 years & proven track record managing large-scale, complex technology programs in cloud or enterprise environments (Azure preferred) Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience across the full program lifecycle, including: Program and release planning Dependency and risk management Financial tracking and forecasting Executive reporting and governance cadences Minimum of 5 years & solid understanding of Azure and Microsoft-centric technology landscapes, even if not hands-on engineering Minimum of 10 years of strong client-facing experience with the ability to establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders Minimum of 10 years of experience working across global delivery teams and multi-geo operating models Minimum of 10 years of experience & exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort engaging at Director / VP / CXO levels Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience Bonus Points If: You have worked directly on Microsoft internal programs or long-term Microsoft strategic accounts You have prior consulting experience in large-scale enterprise environments You have experience with cloud transformation, platform engineering, or enterprise modernization programs You have exposure to AI-enabled operations, automation, or data-driven program governance You have led or shaped account-level PMO or operations models
