Systems Administrator

• Design and optimize enterprise Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID identity environments.
• Implement technical security controls to ensure alignment with CMMC and NIST standards.
• Administer enterprise virtualization platforms and core Windows Server infrastructure services.
• Manage and secure network connectivity including firewalls, switches, and VPN tunnels.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and proactive vulnerability remediation activities.
• Orchestrate cloud and on-premise backups, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Develop automated scripts to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual maintenance.

• 7 or more years of experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID cloud administration.
• Proficiency in CMMC and NIST security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and enterprise Windows Server environment management.
• Experience in networking protocols, VLANs, and Palo Alto firewall administration.
• Experience with identity access management, encryption standards, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python for infrastructure automation and scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
