Infrastructure Engineer

• Administer and optimize Dell Isilon/PowerScale NAS and Dell VxRail hyper-converged systems.
• Lead enterprise-wide server patch management for Windows and Linux production environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere clusters to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Resolve Tier 3 infrastructure incidents and perform technical root cause analysis.
• Configure and maintain Red Hat Satellite for automated Linux lifecycle management.
• Oversee hybrid identity services including Entra ID, Group Policy, and core network protocols.
• Develop technical runbooks and standard operating procedures for core infrastructure platforms.

• 7 or more years of experience in enterprise systems engineering and infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in Dell Isilon, PowerScale storage, and Dell VxRail platforms.
• Experience with VMware vSphere virtualization and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Experience in enterprise server patch management using Red Hat Satellite or Symantec.
• Experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity authentication protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
