Job description
The Reliability Lead is responsible for driving equipment reliability, improving maintenance strategies, and supporting preventative / predictive maintenance initiatives within a high-speed production environment. This role partners closely with maintenance and operations teams to enhance asset performance, reduce failures, and improve overall equipment efficiency., * Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies

Analyze equipment performance, failure trends, and downtime drivers

Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations

Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order quality

Identify gaps within the CMMS and drive process improvements

Help reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)

Benchmark equipment performance and recommend upgrades

Partner cross-functionally with maintenance and production teams

Lead reliability-focused initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements
Required:
-
Minimum 3+ years in a reliability or maintenance-focused role

Experience within a high-speed manufacturing or production environment

Background in CPG, food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industries

Strong understanding of preventative / predictive maintenance concepts

Proven experience improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime

CMMS proficiency (SAP or similar systems strongly )

Ability to analyze maintenance data and translate findings into improvements

Natural leadership ability and strong floor presence
/ Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP or advanced CMMS environments

Exposure to packaging, bottling, molding, or automated production lines

Experience working in union or highly structured manufacturing settings

Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related field is a plus, not required)
