Job description
The Senior Systems Administrator/Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing optimization of enterprise-wide systems that support critical business functions such as workforce management, ERP, inventory, and operations. This role partners closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure systems are stable, integrated, and effectively adopted across corporate and field environments.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning systems end to end-from configuration and maintenance to user support and process improvement.
-Administer, configure, and support enterprise systems such as ERP, labor management, inventory, and internal communication platforms for corporate and field users -Monitor system integrations and data flows, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate fixes across IT and business teams -Plan and execute system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and feature releases -Maintain documentation, standard guides, and SOPs as systems and business processes evolve -Respond to support tickets and incidents, resolve system issues, and track system usage, adoption, and performance metrics
Requirements
5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems analysis, or enterprise application support -Hands-on experience implementing and/or administering an ERP system (Workday experience required) -Strong experience supporting business-critical systems in a production environment -Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment -Experience with labor management systems (e.g., LaborPRO or Legion) -Experience with labor Management Systems
