Job description
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting to field technicians, vendors, and contractors during technology rollouts and hardware installations
- Handle inbound and outbound calls through a structured call queue system supporting multiple IT deployment projects
- Perform issue tracking, system updates, and validation checks using designated tracking applications
- Document and communicate updates via email, Microsoft Excel, and internal systems when not actively handling calls
- Support multiple concurrent IT rollout projects across different store locations and time zones
- Ensure compliance with implementation protocols, escalation procedures, and project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or call center environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and IT hardware support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules (8 AM-8 PM window, including evenings as needed) based on project demands
Benefits & conditions
- Pay: $ 17.24/hr
- Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts; may fluctuate between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM)

Pay Details: $17.24 per hour
