Job description
This is a technology rollout support role within a call center environment-supporting field technicians, vendors, and contractors during in-store technology implementations (not a consumer-facing call center)., * Provide first-level technical support to field technicians during store technology installations and upgrades
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to active rollout projects
- Troubleshoot hardware and basic technical issues in real time
- Update tracking systems and validate data during and after each call
- Communicate updates via email, Excel, and internal systems
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IT hardware installations or technical support
- Exposure to technology rollout or implementation projects
Benefits & conditions
- 8-hour shifts (will fluctuate based on project needs)
- Must be flexible to work between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, including occasional evenings/nights depending on rollout schedules
- Paid training onsite (5 days/week; schedule within 8 AM - 8 PM window)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour, paid biweekly, * 401(k)
