  • Drive deep technical collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Research teams to translate ambiguous business challenges into high-impact, scalable solutions.
  • Drive the model development process through all stages, from initial research to production-ready implementations.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions into production environments.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI-related cloud technologies.
  • Act as a domain expert and mentor for other engineers, raising the bar for cloud engineering and AI innovation across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in building complex cloud solutions in cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience in building AI-native solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching innovative solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of engineering practices and the full lifecycle of product development.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud-native development workflows, including Kubernetes, microservices architecture, Python/Golang, agentic development processes, and AWS/GCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer in a leading technology company.
  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
