Site Reliability Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer that will join one of our software engineering clients. The SRE will support key initiatives across observability, automation, AI-driven insights, and service management. This role will play a critical part in enhancing network visibility, building dashboards, improving asset accuracy, and automating infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate brings strong Python skills, a networking background, and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems while collaborating with and helping grow a broader team., * Enhance network observability by integrating logs and monitoring data into dashboards using Python and visualization tools.

• Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into office-level network health (network status, Wi Fi, utilization).
• Support AI-driven initiatives, including enabling natural-language queries for network and infrastructure insights.
• Improve ServiceNow CMDB accuracy by pulling inventory data, maintaining asset records, and writing audit documentation.
• Develop and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate network configuration and provisioning.
• Collaborate across teams to scale solutions, provide technical guidance, and support team growth.

• 5+ years of SRE related experience
• Strong Python scripting experience
• Experience with Grafana or similar dashboard/visualization tools
• Strong SQL experience
