TS/SCI Linux Systems Administrator (Sr.)

An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a TS/SCI Linux Systems Administrator (Sr.) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's network and software systems to ensure they run smoothly, securely, and reliably. The position will focus on maintaining system stability, resolving issues as they arise, and helping implement and improve modern technologies, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and DevOps practices, including containerized applications and automation. This role requires working on site five days a week and an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security clearance Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of 10+ years of experience in systems administration Experience in a Linux environment Experience with managing, implementing, and enhancing platforms (Kubernetes) IAT II Certification (CASP+ or Sec+)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active TS/SCI security clearance Cloud or Kubernetes certifications DevOps knowledge
