What You'll Be Doing
You'll be a key functional expert for Workday and related enterprise applications, helping drive operational efficiency and system reliability. Your work will directly support critical business functions.
In this role, you will:
- Provide functional support with a focus on Workday Security
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and release cycles
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
- Review the impact of upgrades and configuration changes
- Maintain clear documentation (requirements, workflows, configuration notes)
- Develop and execute functional test plans
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
