What You'll Be Doing

You'll be a key functional expert for Workday and related enterprise applications, helping drive operational efficiency and system reliability. Your work will directly support critical business functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide functional support with a focus on Workday Security
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams
  • Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and release cycles
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
  • Review the impact of upgrades and configuration changes
  • Maintain clear documentation (requirements, workflows, configuration notes)
  • Develop and execute functional test plans
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions

Requirements

  • Hands-on Workday Security knowledge (Essential)
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and business process flows
