Job description

We are seeking a highly technical, execution-driven Agile Delivery Manager / Tech PM to lead enterprise-scale software delivery initiatives. In this high-visibility role, you will report directly to the Director and take full end-to-end ownership of mission-critical projects at the intersection of Telecommunications and Marketing Technology. This is an urgent backfill position requiring a seasoned leader who can seamlessly step into a fast-paced environment and drive immediate results., * End-to-End Delivery: Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams (engineering, QA, architecture) to deliver complex technical solutions within the Telecom and Marketing domains.

  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Report directly to the Director, providing transparent updates on velocity, burn-downs, risks, and project milestones.
  • Agile Mastery: Champion Agile methodologies, drive daily ceremonies, remove blockers, and optimize team workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Technical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between business units and software development teams, translating complex MarTech and Telecom requirements into actionable technical user stories.
  • Risk & Budget Management: Manage project scope, technical dependencies, and third-party integrations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery., Personalized Approach: We believe in the power of tailored solutions. Requirements

  • 8+ years of hardcore experience as a Technical Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager in enterprise environments.
  • Mandatory Domain Expertise: Proven track record delivering projects in Telecommunications (e.g., network operations, BSS/OSS, 5G, billing) AND Marketing Technology (e.g., CRM integrations, campaign management, customer personalization).
  • Deep Technical Acumen: Prior background in software engineering, architecture, or systems integration; comfortable navigating API/integration and architecture discussions.
  • Agile Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP highly preferred.
  • Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to manage up, report to Director/VP-level stakeholders, and handle the pressures of a critical enterprise initiative.
