Job description
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and live chat. Log all service requests in the ITSM ticketing system, ensuring accurate categorization and prioritization. Attempt first-call resolution by providing basic troubleshooting instruction to the customer.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent education 3+ years of experience providing clerical and/or customer services support to DoD employees Must acquire CompTIA Security+ or another DoD 8570 baseline IAT 2 certification within 6 months from hire Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience using ServiceNow ticketing platform. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
