Job description

The Digital Experience and Analytics Manager drives high?impact insights and scalable analytics across the ecommerce business. The position is Adobe Analytics?first and highly technical, combining deep behavioral analysis, data troubleshooting, and analytics product development. Acting as a strategic partner to Product, UX, and Marketing, this role owns complex analyses that identify growth opportunities, improve conversion, and enhance the customer journey-working end?to?end from implementation validation to advanced data analysis., * Analyze customer behavior and conversion funnels to identify friction and drop?off points

  • Quantify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value
  • Measure and communicate the impact of site changes, UX initiatives, and feature launches
  • Serve as the analytics partner for CRO efforts, supporting test strategy and results
  • Debug and resolve data issues related to tagging, bot traffic, and cross?device behavior
  • Perform advanced analysis using Adobe Data Feeds and SQL beyond standard reporting tools
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and standardized KPIs across teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics within ecommerce or product environments
  • Expert?level Adobe Analytics (Workspace and implementation logic)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Adobe Data Feeds and semi?structured data
  • Hands?on experience debugging analytics using browser network calls, data layers, and tag management tools (e.g., Tealium, Ensighten, GTM)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non?technical stakeholders
