Job description

Lead a team of analyst that provide in-depth analysis, monitoring of KPIs, Insights, and support for the Canadian BU. Provide analysis of and make recommendations to key stakeholders on reporting & tools. Partner with HQ and field management in analyzing informational sourcing and presentation requirements for large scale cross functional assignments such as Growth Revenue Productivity Scorecarding and other Key Performance Indicator related initiatives and cost savings proposals. Generate and provide analysis of department workload for management. Provide lead technical, insights and business knowledge support to Reporting Team on all projects and/or requests. Performs and/or coordinates all functions required to design, produce and install the various reporting, analytical and presentation formats required to complete the assignment or project within specific time constraints and departmental standards. Provide assigned customer insights reporting and analysis to Canadian Business Teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide assigned customer insights reporting and analysis to Canadian Business Teams.
  • Partner with Stakeholders and other Reporting Team members to determine the scope of request, sources for data, analytical tools and formulas, timelines, presentation format, communication tools and other details required for projects. Analyzing and presentation of actionable data.
  • Actively engage Canada Sales Organization team members as well as other Mondelez personnel, including strategic management, retail management, finance, IT to facilitate the development, deployment, and technical support of the various projects and applications supported by Reporting and Analysis.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including: timelines, status reports, issue reports, system and process requirements, critical paths, and technical code and database documentation. Present documentation to project management and peers as a part of regular progress update and issue resolution sessions.
  • Promote department involvement with new systems and processes (Tableau & Alteryx).
  • Provide Reporting Team with business knowledge leadership relating to the Mondelez Canada Sales Organization and Financial organization's structure, practices, and the data sources that support these processes.
  • The incumbent is managing individuals, providing leadership, mentoring, annual reviews, and career development.
  • Grow and develop the business analytics function of the team.

Requirements

Education / Certifications: College Degree Preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)

  • Familiar w/ Nielsen AOD Market Research and Wal-Mart Retail
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience

Benefits & conditions

The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
