Job description

This is a long-term contract role focused on owning logistics, scheduling, and coordination across a cross-functional implementation team. The HRIS Project Coordinator will play a critical role in keeping timelines on track, ensuring meetings and action items are well managed, and allowing project leadership to stay focused on driving outcomes. This role supports a major system go-live later this year and offers meaningful exposure to enterprise-level HR technology initiatives., * Own coordination, calendaring, and meeting scheduling across an enterprise Oracle HCM implementation

  • Organize, schedule, and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and working sessions
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials as directed
  • Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain and update project schedules, work plans, and resource calendars
  • Resolve routine scheduling conflicts and manage shifting priorities
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams and departments
  • Support HRIS and functional project leadership in keeping deliverables on track
  • Manage project communications, including status updates and stakeholder notifications
  • Handle logistics such as meeting setup, document management, and collaboration tools
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project coordination needs
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, * Prior exposure to Oracle systems
  • Experience supporting HRIS or HCM-related projects

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the connective tissue of a complex project. They bring strong project coordination or project support experience, excel at calendaring and follow-through, and feel comfortable partnering with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and HR. This is not a technical project manager role-success in this position comes from organization, communication, and steady execution., * 5-8 years of progressive experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support roles

  • Experience supporting large-scale IT, HCM, HRIS, or system implementation projects
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to track action items and follow through to completion
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving project environments
  • Confident partnering across IT, Finance, and HR teams
