- Provide day-to-day administration and support of HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, and Document Management systems
- Monitor HR systems to ensure processes are functioning accurately and efficiently
- Support end users across the organization with system issues, troubleshooting, and process guidance
- Design and deliver reporting solutions, including ad hoc reports, scheduled reports, dashboards, and system interfaces
- Ensure data integrity and assist with data validation and optimization efforts
- Support HR system integrations, upgrades, and implementation projects
- Recommend improvements to HR workflows, processes, and system usage
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and metrics to track department and system performance
- Develop training materials and presentations to support user adoption and training initiatives
- Collaborate closely with HR Systems, IT, and HR partners to optimize system functionality
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced HR Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to support enterprise HR technology systems and programs. This role focuses on system administration, reporting, end-user support, and process optimization across multiple HR platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong HRIS support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience (5+ years in HR/HRIS may substitute for degree)
- Minimum 2 years of HR systems support and reporting experience
- Experience with HRMS and LMS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience supporting HR technology projects or system implementations, * Experience with systems such as Workday, HealthStream, Cornerstone, Kronos, or Document Management systems
- Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment
- HR-related certification (preferred, not required)

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
