Job description

  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, connectivity, and peripheral issues
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning
  • Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, basic switching)
  • Perform break/fix support, upgrades, and equipment deployments
  • Maintain accurate ticketing documentation and inventory tracking
  • Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in IT support or field technician roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Dallas
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Mac OS support
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, cabling)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+
