Job description
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on IT Field Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users and office environments. This role will focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network connectivity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations., * Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and office technology.
- Support network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN access, and local network troubleshooting.
- Perform equipment deployments, upgrades, and replacements.
- Assist with IT asset management, including tracking and inventory of hardware.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including system setup and access configuration.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of IT support or field technician experience.
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Experience supporting hardware installations and peripheral devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience working with ticketing systems or IT service management platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills., * Experience supporting enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
- Experience with device imaging and deployments.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory or management tools.
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certifications.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations or remote users.
