We're supporting a high-priority ERP transformation within a fast-moving, product-led organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on Change & Communications Lead role focused on driving adoption, shaping stakeholder engagement, and supporting business readiness as part of a NetSuite implementation.
This is not a purely comms role, you'll play a key part in how the transformation lands across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end change and communications strategy for a NetSuite ERP programme
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Support business readiness, adoption, and transition into new ways of working
- Contribute to operating model evolution (discreetly and behind the scenes)
- Work at pace in a high-visibility, delivery-focused environment
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change & communications in ERP programmes
- NetSuite experience strongly
- Exposure to operating model design or transformation
- Background in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is highly relevant
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and a high degree of discretion
- Able to start immediately or at very short notice
