NetSuite Change & Communications Lead (ERP Transformation) in Houston

We're supporting a high-priority ERP transformation within a fast-moving, product-led organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on Change & Communications Lead role focused on driving adoption, shaping stakeholder engagement, and supporting business readiness as part of a NetSuite implementation.

This is not a purely comms role, you'll play a key part in how the transformation lands across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end change and communications strategy for a NetSuite ERP programme
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
• Support business readiness, adoption, and transition into new ways of working
• Contribute to operating model evolution (discreetly and behind the scenes)
• Work at pace in a high-visibility, delivery-focused environment

• Proven experience leading change & communications in ERP programmes
• NetSuite experience strongly
• Exposure to operating model design or transformation
• Background in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is highly relevant
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and a high degree of discretion
• Able to start immediately or at very short notice
