Job description

· Lead System Delivery: Responsible for comprehensive implementation and lifecycle management of HR and talent systems, encompassing requirements analysis, deployment, and ongoing support after launch.

· Provide Advanced Support: Deliver Level 3 assistance for HR applications by diagnosing complex issues and deploying solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

· Drive Technical Strategy: Act as the principal technical and functional authority for Legal HR systems, offering guidance on system capabilities, best practices, and strategic roadmaps.

· Design User-Centered Solutions: Convert business requirements into intuitive, high-quality system configurations that support organizational objectives.

· Ensure Governance & Compliance: Collaborate across HR, Technology, Security, and external vendors to confirm that all systems adhere to established security, privacy, and governance standards.

· Build Integrations: Develop and maintain system integrations utilizing APIs to guarantee accurate, reliable, and secure data transfers.

· Strengthen Vendor Partnerships: Work closely with vendors and developers to enhance solutions, ensuring alignment with internal technology strategies and risk management protocols.

· Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Cooperate with stakeholders to design analytics and reporting frameworks that facilitate actionable insights and informed decision-making.

Requirements

This is a full-time, direct hire onsite role.- Must be a U.S. or Green Card holder - We cannot accept work visas or sponsorship at this time

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

· Minimum of seven years of experience supporting and configuring HR technology solutions, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), recruiting platforms, performance management systems, and talent management platforms

· Demonstrated success in leading HR technology implementations or major enhancements with cross-functional teams

· Expertise in HR Systems: Comprehensive understanding of HR and talent workflows, preferably within law firms or professional services environments

· Proficient in programming or scripting such as Java, .NET, or Python, with advanced skills in SQL and data analysis

· Integration Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, APIs, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth)

· Strong analytical abilities to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as necessary

· Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating effective interaction across technical and business teams

· Organization & Agility: Self-driven and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
