- Collaborate on solutions and guide clients through successful implementation., As a Junior IT Consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the very beginning. You create analyses and support project managers in developing IT requirements and drafting solution proposals. Within the team, you develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the right solution is found, you assist with the design and architecture and accompany our clients through to successful implementation.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or engineering.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficient in German, with good English and French skills a plus., Step by step, you take on more responsibility, up to entire work packages or partial project management. As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build sustainable contacts and continuously expand your network. Furthermore, you have the opportunity, to actively shape APP as a co-owner and significantly influence our future.
What we expect
· Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science or engineering
· Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis
· Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
· Preferably experience in public administration, justice, finance sector or healthcare
· Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open, communicative personality with talent and pleasure in building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
· Flexibility regarding travel within German-speaking Switzerland
