What to expect
As an IT Consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the very beginning. You lead teams in developing new concepts as well as defining product, process and IT requirements. You independently manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for IT and business issues. Once the right solution is found, you ensure sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction.
As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you establish personal contacts, continuously expand your network and acquire new mandates. Furthermore, you have the opportunity, to actively shape APP as a co-owner and significantly influence our future.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or Engineering required.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build trusting relationships., · Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science or engineering
· Three to five years of experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis in consulting or administrative environments, in the judiciary, financial sector or healthcare
· Solid knowledge in the areas of IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
· Quick comprehension, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open, communicative personality with talent and pleasure in building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
· Flexibility regarding travel activity within German-speaking Switzerland
