Requirements

Long Term Contract Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll

  • Hands-on experience with functional testing of:

  • Custom HCM reports

  • Data extracts

  • Ability to validate business requirements and support testing cycles

  • Experience working closely with functional and technical teams

  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting UAT / SIT testing cycles
  • Exposure to reporting tools within Oracle HCM

Ideal Candidate:

  • Functional HCM consultant who can bridge business + testing
  • Comfortable reviewing and validating custom HCM outputs
