Job description
We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions., * Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
- Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
- Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
- Conducts staffing and cost analyses
- Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
- Represents manufacturing on production related issues

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience leading teams
- 1+ year of hands on experience building wiring harnesses
- Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems, * Experience in the aerospace industry
- Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent written and Verbal Communications
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.), This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee., This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Summary pay range: Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000
