Senior Data Scientist

As part of the Product DS function, you will:

• Drive product insights and decision-making through data, with an emphasis on structured problem solving and funnel-based analysis.
• Spend ~90% of your time on product analytics (SQL-driven insights, conceptual statistics, storytelling, stakeholder alignment).
• Support new product pipeline initiatives (~10%), including early analysis and opportunity sizing.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to frame ambiguous problems, debug unexpected results, and guide decisions with structured frameworks.

• Programming: Strong SQL required; Python familiarity helpful (basic scripting, not advanced ML).
• Statistics: Conceptual understanding of probability and statistical reasoning; able to apply to real-world problems.
• Consulting Skills: Management consulting-style frameworks (MECE), market sizing, structured problem solving, and effective storytelling through slides.
• Technical Environment: Comfortable working with terminal environments and independently navigating documentation.
