Job description

  • The AI Transformation Consultant is a strategic consulting role responsible for advising enterprise clients on the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents and conversational intelligence solutions.
  • This role bridges business strategy, user experience, and cutting-edge LLM capabilities to help organizations implement intelligent automation at scale. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor, translating complex business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

Day to Day Job Duties:

  • Lead client consulting engagements focused on AI agent strategy, conversational AI adoption, and enterprise transformation roadmaps
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define use cases, success metrics, and AI implementation strategies
  • Design end-to-end conversational AI and agent architectures aligned with enterprise workflows and business goals
  • Develop and optimize LLM prompts, agent behaviors, and conversational flows for enterprise-grade applications
  • Advise clients on AI architecture, system integration patterns, and scalable deployment approaches
  • Conduct user and conversation analysis to improve AI usability, engagement, and effectiveness
  • Lead workshops, design sessions, and executive presentations to align stakeholders on AI strategies
  • Oversee delivery lifecycle including solution design, testing strategy, validation, and deployment readiness
  • Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities in AI agent performance and user experience
  • Provide best practice guidance on AI governance, responsible AI, security, and scalability in enterprise environments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI consulting, solution architecture, conversational AI, or enterprise technology advisory roles
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, or digital transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI/agent-based systems
  • Strong understanding of AI agent design, prompt optimization, and conversational flow engineering
  • Solid knowledge of system integration, APIs, data structures, and enterprise architecture principles
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions
  • Experience defining testing strategies, validation frameworks, and performance optimization for AI systems
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive and cross-functional stakeholders

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Technology, or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, or compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks
  • Prior experience in management consulting or professional services environments
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, or government
