AI & ML Engineer 80-100%

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to create and translate AI/ML prototypes into production systems
• Build and optimize reproducible training and scoring workflows
• Improve training and scoring methodologies for production ML/AI systems
• Implement and mature MLOps practices (experiment tracking, model registry, monitoring, retraining)
• Set up and manage MLOps tools
• Develop and maintain shared Python libraries and in-house frameworks that support AI, ML and data science tasks

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with MLOps tooling and pipeline orchestration (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD)
• Willingness to learn and work with agentic AI systems
• Exposure to the Kubernetes ecosystem (e.g., Helm, ArgoCD)
• Understanding or experience with parallel/distributed computing
