Job description

Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines across digital products and platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and researchers to deliver seamless experiences. Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices throughout the product lifecycle. We believe in a transparent and candidate-friendly process: Initial call with our recruitment team to align expectations and profile. First interview to explore your experience and match you with the most suitable project. Second interview with a UX/UI expert or Project Manager. Client meeting to understand the product, users, and context. Final conversation to confirm mutual fit and answer any remaining questions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with proven focus on Accessibility. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. Hands-on experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA, inclusive design). Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working closely with product and development teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Madrid: Hybril model. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
