Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines across digital products and platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Requirements
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with proven focus on Accessibility. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. Hands-on experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA, inclusive design). Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working closely with product and development teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Madrid: Hybril model.
