Job description
We're looking for a data-driven strategist who can be Gamesight's data voice in Europe. Someone who sees the story in the data and can walk into a room with the biggest game publishers in the world and tell them exactly what it means for their next launch. You'll work with a dream dataset spanning millions of data points across influencer campaigns, player behavior, and marketing performance to help some of the biggest names in gaming make smarter go-to-market decisions.
Using our proprietary Gamesight platform and other cutting-edge analytics tools, you'll turn raw data into strategic gold, helping to optimize our creator partnerships, and use data to empower publishers to reach more gamers. Whether it's identifying the perfect influencer for an upcoming launch, analyzing the impact of a viral campaign, or predicting the next big trend in gaming, your insights will directly influence how top AAA titles are marketed.

What you'll do:
Business Intelligence & Insights
- Translate customer's game launch dreams into actionable data-driven strategies
- Identify patterns in EU market data that can inform both customer strategy and Gamesight's product direction
- Develop the playbook for Gamesight's data-driven creator campaign strategy specifically for EU customers
- Contribute ideas on new data sources, insights, and ways Gamesight can create value from our existing data
Strategic Sales & Customer Support
- Partner with EU sales and campaigns teams to build data-backed customer proposals and go-to-market plans
- Attend and lead data-oriented conversations in customer meetings
- Help customers define success, set realistic expectations, and interpret performance through Gamesight's unique creator and gaming performance data
- Challenge assumptions that don't hold up to our data and expertise
Who you'll work with:
- You'll primarily work alongside our Creator Program and Influencer Campaigns teams as a key resource to plan and execute campaigns and events.
- You'll work alongside our data analyst team on large projects and initiatives crucial to the Gamesight business
- You'll work directly with our customers and campaigns team, attending regular sync calls, communicating daily, and staying up to date on everything coming down the pipeline.
- You'll stay in close contact with Account Executives, relaying important information and milestones to ensure account support.
- You'll work closely with our Data Analysts, Creator Program & Influencer Campaign Managers to generate comprehensive talent discoveries, post-campaign reports, and quarterly reports for our customers.
- Expect to sit with our Developers, Marketing team, and Product Managers to help you understand and improve our offerings. You might work directly with those folks to develop collateral material or create automations., * You are aware of Gamesight policies, guidelines, teams, and roles.
- You are aware of our customer's goals, and values, and how to align our program with their needs.
- You can access all tools and resources required for you to be effective - you also understand how to use these tools within Gamesight's processes.
- You understand Gamesight's data-driven methodology and approach to influencer campaigns, creator programs, and community-building.
- You understand how the data analyst team works with account executives, campaign and creator program managers, and the engineering team to deliver our products and services.
- Understand and identify what constitutes a "successful" campaign.
- You successfully contribute to 1 or more influencer campaigns from start to finish, by running discoveries, providing data-driven recommendations, and delivering an End-of-Campaign report, while following the correct procedures.
- You thoroughly understand our vetting process and guidelines.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in a data, analytics, or business intelligence role - experience in marketing analytics, gaming, or the creator/influencer space is a strong plus
- Strong SQL skills and comfort building end-to-end analysis (Postgres, Redshift, MySQL, etc.)
- S-Tier technical and non-technical written and verbal communication skills
- Consultative, strategic mindset
- High level of self-sufficiency
- Based in the EU and available during core EU business hours
- Fluency in English required; additional EU languages a plus
- Gaming industry background or a deep, strategic understanding of the gaming ecosystem preferred
- Comfort leveraging AI to accelerate analytics workflows
Nice to Haves:
- Deep understanding of Twitch/Twitter/YouTube Gaming space, its trends, and its influencers.
- Proficient in R or Python to format, clean, analyze, and extract value from large datasets.
- Experience within digital marketing and performance marketing industries.
- Experience in large-scale data analytics.
