Requirements
Must-haves:
- 5+ years leading ML/AI teams at product companies with strategic decision-making experience
- Deep Computer Vision + Diffusion/GenAI expertise with hands-on large model training
- Foundational model training experience - billion+ parameter models end-to-end
- Team scaling experience - 8+ people, proven hiring and mentorship track record
- Cross-functional collaboration - can work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Technical depth for mentorship - spot code issues, debug training failures, analyse performance bottlenecks, and guide ICs through complex technical challenges
