Job description
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve IT infrastructure
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, including firewalls and switches
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for software applications
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end-users
Requirements
Experience in an IT support role prefereably in the education environment preferred .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
