Job description
There is an exciting new opportunity to join us in our specialist TV media buying and production agency business as our Head of Analytics. The successful candidate will manage and lead our campaign analysis and reporting activities, ensuring all analysis is carried out efficiently, with accuracy and with actionable insight to implement campaign optimisations for our clients to drive their return on investment., · Lead Analyst working on major client accounts including those that are account managed by our Media Director and Head of Account Management.
· Setting up analysis reporting for all new clients.
· Managing your own clients from end-to-end, this will include all client liaison, media planning, spot schedule checking and creative project management.
· Reading analysis with 'real world' in mind and informing media and creative campaign optimisations.
· Providing analytics advice to the other Account Manager/Analysts.
· Attending client calls and meetings and reporting to them on their campaign performance and recommended optimisations.
· Creating analysis summaries that are easy to understand and have actionable insights.
· Liaising with our tech team on analysis optimisations.
· Stating up to date with analysis software requirements and making development recommendations to the Board of Directors.
· Other duties on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and multiple years' experience in media analytics., · Degree educated in a numerical discipline, ideally with a focus on data analysis.
· Multiple years' experience working in data analytics.
· Experience in the media/marketing industry would be beneficial.
· Mathematically minded with a problem-solving mentality in a fast moving and dynamic working environment.
· Highly competent at using Excel, Big Query and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting purposes.
· An aptitude for creating sophisticated reporting and a keen eye for detail is important.
· A logical thinker with a can-do, self-starter, problem solving attitude.
· Hard working, conscientious, good humoured and flexible.
