This is a new role which will be responsible for a number of areas; to include creating and executing test plans and test cases, working closely with Business Analysts and development teams to define acceptance criteria, identifying and resolving defects. You will also be guiding stakeholders through UAT with clear documentation and training, and continually improving testing processes to deliver high-quality user experiences., Our people are our most important asset. Requirements
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant area or equivalent professional experience, along with experience of working within a relevant technical platform and a proven track record as a solution tester within related platform environments. You will also have experience in supporting business stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing. You will know how to harness the power of tools such as SQL, Azure DevOps, and Service Now to enhance the efficiency of our testing practices and be able to spot opportunities to automate testing and streamline the delivery process using JavaScript / TypeScript with Playwright. Experience of covering non-functional testing requirements using tools like OWASP ZAP, JMeter and Axe would also be ideal. Use of AI in applications: We want to understand your genuine interest in the role and artificial intelligence can be a useful tool to support your application. However, all examples and statements provided must be truthful, factually accurate and taken directly from your own experience and the written elements of your application should accurately reflect your own communication style. Applications that rely too heavily on AI tools can appear generic and lack the detail we need to assess your skills and experience.
