IT Professional - Alley Pond Golf Center - New York

The IT Professional will be an integral member of a large technical team supporting a diverse general business environment. This role demands expertise in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and delivering high-quality technical support. The successful candidate will routinely engage with advanced platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, and Cisco Networking, while handling frequent travel obligations to support various operational locations., * Administer and maintain systems and networks to ensure optimal performance

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage security protocols and perform incident response activities
• Install and configure software applications for user environments
• Maintain hardware and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Train users on IT systems and software applications
• Manage backups and ensure data integrity
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

• Associate degree in Computer Science or any sorts of experiences (at least 2-3 years)., * 3+ years of experience in network administration
• Proficiency with Windows Server and network configuration
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
