Job description

  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Perform break-fix support, IMACD activities, data migration, and system refreshes.
  • Provide desk-side and onsite technical support to end users.
  • Manage ticket queues and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting end-user experience proactively.
  • Support IT setup for onsite and offsite events and meetings.
  • Assist with disaster recovery and emergency IT response.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Conduct access reviews, risk assessments, and maintain compliance logs.
  • Coordinate with Level 3 support teams and project teams for escalations.
  • Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in desktop and end-user support.
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of VPN, network printing, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience:

  • 4 7 years of experience in onsite IT support or similar roles., * CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in diverse technical environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to remote sites as needed.

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
